Quarantine Digest Email Is Link To Request Digest

Spam Filter Lite appears to be quarantining spam, however, the digest email:

Quarantine Digest for user@domain.com
Click here to access your spam quarantine. (link)
The spam quarantine contains emails that are being held from your email account.
Quarantined emails can be released to your inbox or deleted using the spam quarantine link.

Contains a link that takes me to the:

Request Quarantine Digest Emails
Enter the email address for which you would like the Quarantine Digest
Email Address:

[Request]

Shouldn't this link take me to my quarantine list and not the request page?

I found the problem was related to the browser I am using (Google Chrome). I decided to try Firefox and I can now view my quarantine without any problem.

Doing some more digging:

I found that if I view the email in plain text and copy the link I get
this:

https://<secret>/quarantine/manageuser?tkn=ZW1tYUgeU%2B2rQx%
2BAvBMhSMQYSnffE%2F5SqE6yTYGzJczfcOCgvawqjtFJg3Q%3 D&action=viewibx

and if I click on the link directly I get this:

https://<secret>/quarantine/manageuser?tkn=ZW1tYUgeU+2rQx
+AvBMhSMQYSnffE/5SqE6yTYGzJczfcOCgvawqjtFJg3Q=&action=viewibx

Now, if I copy and past the plain text version in Google Chrome then it
works as expected.

Maybe the problem is in the HTML version of the email? Or my email client, Evolution?
