Adding a Cron Job

I am wanting to add a cron job daily at 3:15 in order to manually do auto expire on non peak hours.

I have added bayes_auto_expire 0 in the local.cf

How would I add this line below in order to have it run daily?

15 3 * * * sa-learn --sync --force-expire
