Quarantine - Learning
Does releasing a message from the quarantine help the SPAM filter determine that that type of message is not SPAM? If so, how many messages is required for the SPAM filter to learn?
the spam blocker learns automatically based on high-scoring spam.
it doesn't use releases from the quarantine...
