did you buy a voucher? you need to click the "buy" button on the faceplate and redeem the voucher.

if you didn't buy a voucher, you can redownload commtouch by click on "my account"

if that doesn't help just call support they'll get you sorted.

Thank you, it worked it's ok now, Do you know where I can find logs of the filtered mail? I want to know when I'm missing an e-mail, I can see if it is blocked by Spamblocker, I do know how I can find it back per page sorted by date but I want to have it in a txt file or easy log file so I can search on e-mail address.

if you go into reports, you can download the csv in the events tab.

ive added reports but cannot search on email address if blocked, can someone help me please?
