Every email with screenshot inserted marked as SPAM

Hello all,

Every email that comes with screenshot inserted is marked as SPAM.
Why is this happening? Can this be solved somehow?

This has probably to do with the OCR capability of the spam filter. This mechanism will "read" text in images in an attempt to block image based spam. To my knowledge you cannot change the configuration in untangle of this OCR capability, the only solution i know is to add the sender to the whitelist (which isn't ideal...).
