Kaspersky has invalid license

this morning when i came in the Untagle box was down. I did not know of a power outage at our site. The users informed me thay could not access e-mail. We use POP3 mail.

I booted the UT box. The Kaspersky AV displayed No License Found. I recently purchased a 1 year license for Kaspersky. Unintentionally a 2nd year was ordered at the 1 year fee. Communication with sales credited me for the 1 year fee. I think prior to that I tried to remove one of the 1-year fees.

Now back today. Today, I purchased another year, thinking both 1 years fees were removed. Tried to activate AV again, same inavalid license display. I saw the rack could be uninstalled, so it was done. Restarted the browswer session for the racks. Clicked install Kaspersky from the left column. Still unable to activate the AV feature, same red display - No License Found.

Need assistance to resolve the issue.

Please contact support, they can sort you out.

If you want to resolve this yourself, you need to log into your UT management, act like you're going to buy something to pull up the Untangle store, log into your Untangle store account, go into the subscription section, find the subscription for your paid modules and use the reinstall feature.

I contacted support & the tech resolved the issue.
Since I have the Lite version & did not purchase support, I thought I could only go through the forum to resolve issues in need of tech support.

i'm new untangle user. can or not i put the kaspersky antivirus 2011 license keys at kaspersky blocker, how to do that? please help us....

you have to go into config>system and refresh your licenses. It will show up after that.

No, you need to purchase kaspersky in the app store on untangle.
