    Default setting up WAN Balancer

I have just installed Wan Balancer and Wan failover on my untangle server to increase our bandwidth by using our existing ASDL2+ Connection and then 2 4G Mobile Broadband sticks plunged into netgear USB Routers(that have a Ethernet plug in the back and combined with the sticks they act just like a normal modem). I have had untangle runing in our network for a few months now and could not do without it now. so the issue that i am having is that when I plug the netgear routers into DMZ and eth3 ports on my untangle server and configure them as Static WAN interfaces with the following information and power up the apps in the rack and configure them as per the Video I get nothing and all the trafic still goes out external Interface. .
I did read something somewhere here in the forums that they need to have different subnet masks so I gave that a go and the same result. Please can some one help me here.

    Hi Aneets,

I'd just contact support using the little tab on the right hand side. If you enable remote support they can just look directly at the configuration on the server and see if they can see an issue.

Beyond that, I'm not sure. I'd check the WAN Failover event log to make sure that the tests for each WAN are passing.

dmorris Thanks for your reply. I will contact support directly. as to checking the logs I was not evan able to get the test to pass on the two Mobile Broadband sticks yet when I plunged my laptop straight into the routers I could connect to the internet fine? all very strange. so lets see what support have to say.
