    Unhappy WAN keeps disconnecting ?

I have this crazy problem , i have at this stage 2x ADSL 4Mb connections connecting through my untangle box. The Wan Balancer is doing its jobs fine until the failover shows 1 or 2 disconnected wan.

My untangle box shows that my wan's is disconnected but my ADSL routers is still connected and broadcasting internet . When i do the test in Wan Failover to dns or Ping, It fail all the time as if the connection from the adsl DLink router and untangle box is broken , but i can still ping both my adsl routers from untangle box... WTF is going on . Please need help because i am suppose to add 3 more ADLS connections to it....

    Thank you in advanced

I can guarantee you that nobody at Untangle ever recommended a Realtek chip based NIC.

I think you may have found that chip on the compatibility chart? That just means it works.

In any case, you should contact support since you're using WAN Balancer and WAN Failover, and they can help you make sure you have good rules there and help troubleshoot the issue.

Easiest way to contact support is with that button on the right side of the screen.

While I'm pretty sure, I can't guarantee that I know what I'm doing. There might be a better way to do this, and this way might actually suck. Make sure you understand the implications of what you're doing before trying to follow these directions.

It often helps troubleshooting if you have a good network map. Look here if you want my advice on how to draw one.
