Web Filter Reports

Odd issue. I just installed a Untangle Appliances NG-25 at a clients office and setup Web Filter (not eSoft). I also have the directory connector which is working correctly.

I check the online reports select User, and select the VP of the company. He is in at 5am and we noticed facebook and such like these:

I am guessing these are coming from websites that have an add or link to Facebook, but the user isn't actually going to www.facebook.com must be reporting from another site. I looked at a few other users and I see maybe 1 or 2 of these, but for the VP we have 2 pages worth. In his history no facebook and he doesn't know how to clear it.

I am wondering what I can do to get better reporting..

from the URL i'm guessing that is a like button on msnbc.

not really.
that machine went to facebook.com so the reports reflect it.

I would discard any concept you have of a web visit being correlated with what is on the screen.
unfortunately thats not how it works.
