Is it possible to add search engines to the blocked category list? I have added google.com to the block list yet my workers are able to access google's search engine by using another country codes...ie, google.co.nz, google.ca

Is it possible to block all other country url extentions as well?

The premium filter has a search engine category.

Blocking access to Google is incredibly difficult. The dynamic nature of the premium filter makes that control possible. The Lite filter just isn't reactive enough to work properly in this situation.

As it stands if you blocked google.com, all your users have to do is change the url to https://www.google.com.

Hi hmt,

Those other domains are probably not in the category database used in web filter lite.
You could just block "*google*" in the block list, or you could just submit those other sites using the "SubmitURL" button above.

edit: wait, there isn't even a search engine category in web filter lite... ?

I will just go in and add all the different google sites to the block list
