https://74.63.89.210 looks to be correctly scored as anonymizer

are you sure you have anonymizers/proxies blocked and https scanning on?

I tried that still no luck it gets passed. I also did a whois lookup on the site and its hosting locations and blocked 18 ip's that the site is supposedly hosted on and still vtunnel gets passed can someone test it and see if it blocks https://vtunnel.com

    just to be clear?

are you running the "eSoft Web Filter" or just the plain "Web Filter" ?

    only eSoft has https categorization

We had to block a few particular proxy sites like that by using putting it in our DNS with a record to the loopback (127.0.0.1).
