Default Web Filter Worked For Years, Not Now

I set up Untangle (paid version 1-10 users) in early 2009 for my customer. It's been running great ever since. Recently I noticed that Web Filter is now allowing anyone to go to any site and as a result several machines got viruses this week.
Pages scanned are at almost 1,000,000, but it is not blocking any pages.

    Any help would be great,
    Matt

Since its a paid app I'd call support.

My guess would be bad DNS settings. It uses DNS to categorize sites.

Do I detect the new enforcement engine doing its job?

Possibly, but it would say real big in red letters on the faceplate if their license was expired or revoked.

I bet its DNS issues, since Web Filter relies on DNS.
