Web Filter Event viewer not working

Hi all

Recently I noticed that my UT Box automatically updated itself. This is my current version:

Summary:
UID:
Build: 9.1.0~svn20111201r30321release9.1-1lenny

Java: 1.6.0_20

Ever since the event viewer in the web filter module is not working...it used to show each client and the site being browsed etc. However its still blocking indecent sites etc..

Anyone else experiencing same problem? any solutions?

Give support a call. We'll take a look.

If you don't have support, just inspect your logs. probably /var/log/uvm/reporter.log and look for some exception and post it here.

Seems that my UT box updated itself, and while it still seems to be working as programmed, the web UI is not longer accessible. Any pointers on what needs to be done to restore access?

In case anyone was wondering, I've encountered the same two problems. I am calling support. Along with this problem:

Wildcards with URL's to be blocked no longer work. For example to block google images:

*.google.*/*tbm=isch*

used to work. Now it doesn't even though google hasn't changed the URL (which they've done very often). No need to reply to this, just posting for public reference.

I had the same issue. I called support and they had it fixed in about 2 minutes. They applied a "patch"
