Alright good to know. Based on the content of w3.org I first thought false positive.
I had also added the w3.org IP to the firewall which was blocking it in the same sequence as the web filter. The repetition seemed off for normal behavior, yet again it seemed relatively clean.

If it continues categorizing it as "Spam" and thus blocking it, what can be done to keep it from filling up the event viewer?

As Dirk points out the DTDs for properly formatted web sites are present on that domain. So you could generate that log by a widget running that pulls an XML dtd every so often. It "should" be caching it, but doesn't always.

Didn't think of a widget running in the background. Guess I'll just pass list the site and see if that keeps it from clogging everything up.
Thanks for the help. UT forums are by far the most responsive.
