Question Page Blocked - Reason:[no description]

For the last couple weeks or so (at least from what's been broughbt to my attention) we've had some sites/pages blocked with the reason being "[no description]". This has happened with mutliple users and multiple racks and each time turning off the Web Filter allows the user to access the desired site. I've cleared the category cache on each rack with no change. I've also disabled Application Control with no change - as long as the Web Filter is active the site remains blocked.

Any ideas on why the reason is coming up as no description or if there's a way to fix the issue? It appears that when this happens the user should actually be allowed to access the site and shouldn't be blocked.

    Thanks

Look at the event log to see which category is blocking.

check your manual block list on the web filter.

    Thumbs up

Thank you both for the suggestions. I should have looked there before posting.

I had something I was testing leftover that was blocking the site. It was ".hu" and there was nothing in the site description. Disabling that allowed the user to access the site.

I remember trying to block a country specific TLD and couldn't get it to work using this method and it looks like I left it enabled erroneously.

BTW, there's still no way to block a top level domain is there?

    Thanks again,
    Rick

Wow, I guess I haven't checked the forums for a while. Thanks for the help, that worked perfectly.
