    Default Cant get to Citrix

First off i am a noob to untangle and stand alone firewalls. I have used off the shelf appliances and mods i.e. DD-WRT.

I love Untangle for its ease and elegance. I also like the fact that it gave me a 30% (Asus) to 60% (Belkin)boost in throughput over an off the shelf router.

The only thing that is stopping me from using Untangle for a permanent firewall is that my wife can't access her Citrix.

she accesses the account via a web browser (httpS:// Citrix.company.com). It will get to the disclaimer page and when you click agree it (I assume) downloads/runs the client software. This is the point that the process stalls out.

I have tried turning off ALL of the programs in the rack (I assume no protection) and still no joy.

I want to get this running to help stop the morons in china that keep trying to hack my system but i can't use it until I get Citrix working.

The easy way for me is resolve citrix.company.com to ip address and create a bypass rule in networking/advanced/bypass menu to them.
In a home envoirment as you said only 1 line : destination address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (no port , no protocol, no source address)

I have tried to do that with both the address and the i.p. that but it didn't seem to help. I don't get any notices of blocked activity but think that it might be client is being blocked or maybe the script that starts the client.

I can access my customer's xenapp server just fine over my Untangle. So I'm not sure what could be wrong.

It's just RDP, and how many people have used RDP from behind Untangle?

Please paste here a printscreen image of your bypass rule (hide some octet of the ip address server for security)

My apologies, the pass through was in the web filter and not he network settings. When I put it in the Bypass in network settings it worked like I need it to. Thank you very much for your help.
