    Default Setup Question

Currently, my network is comprised of a Cisco 2811 and two Cisco 2960 switches. I am running Vlans with VTP - in a 'Router on a Stick' configuration. I am using a seperate DHCP and DNS server that forwards to another DNS server. Am I correct in thinking that there is no way to place the Untangle box between the router and the switches and have it work with all the VLANs?

I have Untangle placed on the other side of the router currently. That works fine except I can't exclude certain hosts from the filtering because all hosts from inside my network look the same to the Untangle box - because the Untangle box is on the outside interface on the router.

Is the only way to make this work in between the router and switch is to do away with the VLANs?

if you're using 802.1q tags, the answer is unfortunately no.
