Another 'Failed Pass List'

With a new install of UT, running a trial of Web Filter, I've added 192.com to the passed sites list but it's still being blocked although I don't see an entry for it in the event log. I've cleared Category URL Cache - should I be clearing Web Cache also?

Meant to say - blocked page shows it's being blocked as it may be a spyware site.

Ok, basic newbee error as the pass list needed to be added to the Spyware blocker - I managed to miss the glaringly obvious clue in the blocked page. We can now access the site ok.
