    Are these releases official? (Build1-4)
They are not listed under the following link:
    http://www.untangle.com/Downloads/Download-ISO
And how many weeks do you need to upgrade all Boxes?

I believe these releases are still in a test phase. Usually upgrades are pushed out over a 2-3 week period.

Maybe these are RC after the beta testing phase. Not too sure.

These are the old RC releases, and they are not supported. But they are "testing" the upgrade process. So you can upgrade these automatically, in theory.

Huh?! That makes no sense to me.

As stated here, these releases are official.

yes, I've found these "build" releases a bit confusing. clearly they're not truly final, and the website still says "8.1". but what I understand is that these releases are supported, and will automatically upgrade to any 9.0 final code as needed. if not I'll be a little irritated based on the response to that question I got from jcoffin as linked above by Danp. I just shipped out a customer box loaded with 9.0build4, and don't want any hassles with it.

Yea im waiting for the website home page to show v9.0 before I pursue it for clients. Wonder if my lab box updated to v9.0 it has auto updates. Nope still 8.1.1.

Build X is the new way of saying RC, it isn't released, and it isn't supported. And, while it will be upgrading to release, you may have issues along the way. These are NOT supported releases.

Hard to believe that they would be pushing out unofficial, unsupported upgrades to existing boxes.

Perhaps we can get an UT employee to jump in here and provide an "official" answer.
