I am a weee bit confused. Is the new spam blocker working?

According to this thread it is not. Or is that only for alpha 1?

I'll go ahead and address this now.
The new antispam is quite good. However, commtouch has good antispam too.
If you are having spam problems in 10.x you will have spam issues in 11.0
You must contact support and help them diagnose the issue.

Thanks for that info.... I had considered paving my box and installing v11 to see if it alleviated my spam issues. Not making any headway with support on this issue, and it's very frustrating.

Understood. We have been working with support also but it hasn't solved to much. We did have some DNS issues but that was resolved early on in the ticket along with the reset of the bayes database.

Can I upgrade from 10.2.1~svn20140618r37923release10.2-1squeeze? It is saying "No upgrades available".

ditto for me too, same version. Does it just take time for our system to see the upgrade as available?

If you have not requested to be on the priority queue by submitting a support ticket , then upgrades will roll out slowing to groups of boxes at a time over the next couple of months.

I see, you are correct that the scroll bar appears when I get past the bottom. Let me rephrase the issue. After I enter more than 20 IP's and save, no more that the first 20 are saved. After I enter any IP over the 20th, if I click ok, it asks me to confirm change that it will save and restart the monitor. I click yes and the application closes. When I reopen the monitor any IP's if entered over 20 are not there.

We are expanding the Exempt IP List to 100 entries.

I'm just curious, what is your use case for exempt IPs?
