I have been having the same issue. After looking at the exim log (/var/log/exim4/mainlog) I tried enabling ipv6 on the wan interface. As soon as I did that, the emails started flowing, and all the ones stuck in the queue came in too. I hope it can help someone else. For what it's worth, I am using smtp.gmail.com:587 with auth for smtp.

I would like to see if this can get "fixed" though - I don't want to leave ipv6 enabled because I'm too busy/lazy to learn how to secure a box over the ipv6 vector.

Or just keep running the original kernel.
    That's fixed it. Thank you.

I received a notification that there was an update available on my wrt1900acs. It downloaded and said it would reboot, but never did? Was that the update and can I kick off that update again?

I think I'm not as well tuned in as others here, but I can not for the life of me get a handle on how to get my 13.2.1 boxes to upgrade to 14? I hit the update software button and nothing changes.... Is there a secret handshake in all of this?

    Thanks

Upgrades are rolled out over a month or so. When the upgrade is available for a specific box is random. If you want the upgrade immediately, email your UID (/admin/index.do#config/about) to support and they can put you on a priority list.

Thank you for the information this does help, but I'm curious what the logic for this is?

Bandwidth, and ticket control. OS upgrades aren't without risk, but even if you manage that properly can you imagine every UT box trying to get this huge update all at the same time?

That's how you DOS update servers off the Internet!

    Need some advice please.

Hope this is the right place to post this.

Wanted to move my UT to a new box and upgrade to v14 at same time.
Installed 14 from CD on box and drive that had a previous UT from years ago.
Install took an unusually long time to finish. Maybe I should have wiped the drive first?
Imported config file from my working 13.2 on other box.
    Moved license.
    updated to Build: 14.0.0.20180625T145156.60007168e1-1stretch
    Kernel: 4.9.0-6-untangle-amd64

From the applications overview screen, all applications appear to be turned off. Power icons all show grey.
When entering into each app the apps that I want to be on, do show they are on and working.
    Is this a known issue?
    Please advise, thank you.

Just came back to say it is fixed. Found a mention of using Shift F5, in the v14 beta discussion. Did that in my Chrome browser, all is right again.
