Will the new beta be an upgrade or need a new install?

I would recommend re-install since there was a kernel change from the previous kernel and upgrading it will not select the new kernel.

IMGs, ISO, and OVA links at the start of this thread have been refresh with a new version. I do not recommend upgrading the previous beta as the new kernel will not be used. Let us know what you find.

The biggest fix in this new beta are fixed to QoS and Bandwidth Control.

    Ah, no not yet.
    From the 15.0 Changelog:
Kernel upgrade to 4.9.0-11 will be forced with this release.
    It is a security package.

Yes, 15.1 will be based on buster. We are currently working on 15.0 though.

Disappointing. It was originally answered as Yes it would be included so I’ve been researching and anticipating how I would be implementing in my home environment.
