Is there any other way to get logs from a unit? Maybe from an SSH session. Of course it is too late now for this one since it is in constant reboots.

Remove the drive and mount it on a debian box.

Don't do things the hard way... boot the unit to a live USB of Mint or MX linux.
Because normal people don't have spare linux boxen kicking around...![]()

is there a new update release as i have warning saying update is available?
Hi guys!
I am new to this forum. I would like to know whether Intel x553 NIC SOC with Intel C3558 processor is supported in Untangle v15?
Please let me know as those NICs don't work with v14.1 and 14.2.
Thanks
Hi, and welcome to the Untangle community!
The most reliable way to check if Untangle supports a given piece of hardware is to find out if the underlying version of Debian supports it, currently Debian 9 ("stretch"). If a clean install of stretch works, then it should work under Untangle.
In your case, I suspect it won't work since there was no upgrade of the Debian version in Untangle 15.0.

This U25 appliance will not boot from USB currently. I actually do have some spare computers around and I am installing Debian 10.3.0 on one now. I have a USB 3.0 to mSATA enclosure to mount the U25 mSATA drive in. Once I hook up the drive from the U25 via USB, I am hoping it will show as a drive I can browse to. Can you tell me please what is the folder and filename for the Untangle logs I will be looking for on that mSATA drive? Interested to see what they contain related to this failure. Thanks for all your help!
There are two USB ports on u25. Use the USB 2.0 port for the USB.

Force Sync Time button seems broken, like previous releases.
Steps
- fresh install, select a timezone like America/Santiago.
- Press Synchronize time.
- look your frozen untangle.
I've done with this, change time from shell.
