I would just google the ports they work on, and block those ports in the firewall rules.
^^ yup, thats your best method, block the ports they use as most online games use static ports.
How do you have your firewall set up? if you have it set to pass all, make a default 'block all' rule and set every thing to any and also log it, then only allow ports you want access out to the world, this will block everything else by default.

Most of those games are run by Gala Net. The public interface for which is GPotato.
They use private name registrations via Godaddy for their domains, and most of their servers are hosted within Godaddy co-location facilities.
A total bock of the Godaddy owned IP space would be required to blanket block these things... and that wouldn't be in your best interest. Individual blocks will be time consuming but possible.
