after coencting my VPS s to untangle (as router) no one can connect to VPN!
it seems that GRE 47 protocl is not allowed!
how can i pass this protocl?

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...8WS.10%29.aspx this might come handy, and I am assuming you did proper port forwarding. I think the protocol is bypassed by default btw.

no it did not help me
i have added the bypass rule!
and even i have opened TCP port 1723
but still i am having error 800!
You need to create a forward rule for GRE as well. Note, GRE is a protocol, not a port.
You don't need a bypass rule as GRE isn't processed by the UVM.
