Default Application Control blocks email as bittorrent

Yesterday we started having issues with receiving outside the org email on our Exchange Server. After further investigation, we found Untangle was blocking email and labeling it as bittorrent with 100% confidence. I am at a loss for how this could happen. To get by, I created a rule to allow traffic to our email server. Has anyone else run into this?

I don't know if its related but I have a Toshiba Copier that Untangle is blocking Scan to Email. I haven't had time to investigate it more thoroughly to figure out why. Does your email have attachments?

It is blocking all outside email to my 150 users, with and without attachments.
