Default Connection get irresponsible at every download

    Hi everyone

I try different thing and approach for that problem by with no result

every time that a user make large download the connection get irresponsible (high ping 800+ can't open web page)
And more it have connection it get worst now it still download at 667kb/s but with 4 connection and it is not that bad
Windows update that make 10 to 25 connection kill all my connection.

I got cable 10 meg download and 1.5 meg upload tested connection set at 90% QOS
I use QOS and Bandwidth control
The download have start at 12:00 as you see it not cpu issue
    DashBoad.JPGCpu.JPG

As you see Bandwidth work properly all download are set to low
    Sessions.JPG

Than it have to come from QOS or my connection
    This is my QOS setting
    QOS.JPG

All traffic to port 53 is bypass and set to go at Very High priority

Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I would turn off QoS and test download speed.
Then turn it on and set the limit and *verify* that the speed is a little less than before.
If it is not, lower the number.
The speeds are not exact, you need to test and try different settings to find the right setting.

That said, it doesn't sound related to QoS to me. That should not happen under any circumstances with any normal internet connection. There is no way a single TCP session can choke something enough to raise ping that much...

If, however, you are talking about steam... It opens like 20 connections and can absolutely crush your internet. You need to set QoS limits propertly and set the priority to Low. Still even without QoS and 20 connections your buffer bloat shouldn't be that bad. I would investigate your modem and other upstream equipment.

You need to lower your upload bandwidth in QoS.
The fact that it doesn't change from when its on vs off means its not low enough to affect any change.

    Thank to look at it

Something it wrong from My ISP because went i use the normalway to use QOS and Bandwidth
That test goes to low traffic and that test fail again with upload traffic 288 avg bufferbloat

    http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/27603632

It seem that high bufferbloat Upload killing my connection when multiple download connection made at same time

    For my setting of QOS
I use 8 test from different server and take average of it
Test are all equipment plug and Untangle Running without any service.

That give me 10.39 Dn 1.52 Up
I use 90% Off that on QOS setting

I just try with much lower setting (haft of it) and still have same result in Upload bufferbloat

I will contact my ISP next week but as usual it won’t find anythingwrong (My fault i use cheap ISP)

    Thanks
