In general, you need a server or service that can do billing and expose a RADIUS server to the untangle.

Here is how'd you set it up:

1.) Sign up with billing provider. A quick google search found: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/ and http://www.wirelessorbit.com/welcome/ (I have used neither of these services, so I vouch or recommend them, just pointing out they exist)
2.) Set up Untangle to use their RADIUS server for authentication.
3.) Set their servers as "pass through servers" in the captive portal
4.) Provide a link on your captive portal page to link to your signup page on their servers.

Now, when an enduser is shown the captive portal page, they click on that link and sign up for service and are given a username password to use. They return to your captive portal page and enter that username and password.
