Optional Captive Portal?

I have a scenario in which Active Directory users are automatically authenticated based on the login script provided by the policy manager. This then dictates their Internet policy (Web Filtering, Application Control, etc). However, I have the occasional user who prefers their tablet, laptop or other device for browsing. In these instances, the user has only the most restrictive policy (which is what I set by default). Is there a way to enable the Captive Portal so that a user can log into it if they have credentials and is otherwise limited to the default system policy?

So Dirk basically if we have an AD Script can we make it to where all users that haven't ran the AD script have to login through Captive Portal but those who run the AD Script get to bypass the CP Login when 9.4 is released?
