Default Captive Portal Captures only one login

I have activated captive portal for basic login on my network but any time I login with one device, all other devices are able to login as well. I want to know how to allow all users to login before access to the network.

Does the Untangle see different IPs for the devices or is all the devices shown as the same IP. Usually this is the case when wireless access point is doing NAT.

Yeah, this usually means you don't have a WAP you have a router, and it's doing NAT to boot. That means Untangle sees only one device, and you get only one authentication.

Now I'm trying to connect the computers through the captive portal but anytime I launch the browser, there is an error message indicating "Your connection is not private" on chrome or "There is a problem with your website certificate" in explorer. Please help me fix this.

Yes, this is expected when using HTTPS for the start page as it is redirected the captive page which does not match the expected domain.

SSL exists for a reason - to verify authenticity and encrypt. It works. You should get a warning. Your Untangle is not google; its not yahoo; its not wellsfargo.

Either install the cert on all machines so Untangle can spoof those website responses, or disable captive portal.

As has been mentioned, all captive portals behave this way. If you've ever stayed in a hotel that has one, you've seen these SSL errors, they are considered normal. Yes, you can eliminate them by installing the correct certificate, but IMHO it's not worth it.
