Exclamation Configuration Backup failing for more than a month

Good day, I tried checking on the forums but cant find my error.

Config backups always worked up until a month or more ago.
    Error: Timeout contacting https : / /boxbackup . untangle . com / boxbackup / backup . php
Sorry for the spaces but this is the only way to get the link in
Even when doing a manual backup the same error reports in the event log.

When checking the Command center I can see my appliance does communicate to to. So connectivity is working.

A update installed today and I even rebooted the FW and tested the configuration backup again but same problem.

When downloading the backup to local pc it works. Just not to the cloud.
    Cloud connect is active.

    Any suggestions.

Do NGFW 14 cloud backups happen on a schedule? Or must you manually trigger them to Google or the Untangle cloud account?

If Configuration backup is enabled it will auto backup daily to the cloud as per other forums. Each installation however will have a different time for the upload to not have all the appliances upload at the same time. I dont use the google connector so not sure on that one.

Looks like a simple connectivity issue. Command Center is a different server. See if you get a response by using a web browser to go to boxbackup.untangle.com. You should get a 403 response (not auth).

yes I can go to the site. It gives the above msg. 403 Forbidden nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu) ------- not the (not auth) part. But I can go to the web page. Probably had to mention it in my 1st post.

Just to give some feedback. Support had a look and the backup process on the firewall side was working fine but due to a timeout settings not waiting long enough caused the backups to fail. This will/was released in a new release. My server is set to auto update and for the last 3 days the backup is working. So I belief this fix was rolled out.
