Default Problems with Untangle blocking Bit Torrent without permission

We have an Untangle box in our office that we use for our network as well as to sample the features. We have every paid app for the router but we leave everything disabled for ourselves, then we have a secondary rack where we limit the controls to our sample computer.

Sometimes we need to use Bit Torrent on the network, either for an updated CentOS disc that has poor http mirrors or similar situations.

Unfortunately since we installed the Untangle router we haven't been able to sustain solid Bit Torrent traffic.

Can anyone else verify that Untangle will block Bit Torrent without being asked to do so? We switched from PFsense and have otherwise been thrilled with with Untangle.

    Update:

I seem to be able to make it work as long as I turn on the Intrusion Prevention application. Why would we have to have this enabled in order to use Bit Torrent? I would think that BT would work better without being watched by an app.

I would recommend you just bypass all bittorrent traffic around untangle.
what port do you use for BT?
