    Default Desktop Widget

Would anyone else here be interested in a desktop widget that shows the Tx/Rx information in real time from your Untangle device? I have been watching ours the last few days to monitor some things, and thought this might be nice to have.

I have no idea what it would take to make this happen, but thought I would throw it out there to see if it sticks.

    it would be neat IMO

untangle uses all JSON calls to communicate with the VM so you could easily fetch all the info on the top of the rack in a little vista desktop app thing.

I'd love it. To see that, and (possibly?) load would be incredible.

I would really like that! Are we talking for Windows, Mac, and Linux?

That would be very useful. Especially if you could have threshold options to where it notifies you and/or changes color.

I would like to see it able to connect to multiple UT servers.

So, you're basically saying untangle should have a SNMP agent? That might be easy if somebody wants to try to apt-get one
