Yes, I have add and delete the transaction. But it still not working.
I still can't access to the Email Configuration Page.

I try down the ISO for version 7.0. this morning, and try to install to another system. It got some corrupt file.
So, I try to get the version 7.0 again. Now I can't download the Version 7.0 now.

Is it a bug on the Upgrade?

    Thanks
    Roger

I had a few servers upgrade to 7.0 overnight and noticed the same problem this morning. Looks to be specific to IE, as Firefox loads that page fine.

I'm having this exact same problem: a) my SMTP port has been blocked since upgrading and b) if I click "System" or "Email" it hangs on "Loading Config...". I would just restart the server but unfortunately I'm working remotely and only have web access. Is there anyway to fix this from the browser?

tried updating but still getting the infinite "Loading Config..."

    Regarding the failed SMTP:

If I disable the SMTP options in the Phish, Spam, and Virus modules my SMTP works fine (these were previously working fine in 6).

Same problem, I did turn off the Protocol Control for the KuGoo event that is blocked (a Chinese P2P program - http://www.kugoo.com) really strange because email is coming recieved treu that? But it is already on the forum that protocol is a problem. So unblock that and the SMTP works agian.

After unblocking the email is sending and recieving again! And scanned treu the spam filter and commtouch and kaspersky.

Did you try to disable the smtp process
System-->Protocol settings-->SMTP--> Reset to Enable SMTP email Processing.

    Thanks
