Following the automatic upgrade to Version 7, several of our customer machines have lost ALL the rack modules and associated settings.
We can re-load the rack modules by selecting install from the modules list on the left hand side, HOWEVER, all settings have gone in Firewall etc, etc.
Q. Is there a way to get this settings back.
Note: Restoring a backup from V6 kills the UTM and you have to re-install from fresh.
I have about 20 units with this problem.

how are these 20 units different? have you modified them in any way?
what browser are you using to configure untangle? are you local or remote?
do you have a box that has not yet been messed with after the upgrade?

The units have not been modified, they are out of the box, so to say, we have just added configuration items through the web interface.

Have accessed using both IE8 and Firefox

I can be either, as I can rdp to internal servers.

Yes, some have worked OK and all the settings have been preserved.

Anyone found out why this happened? Any logs given to UT for review?
