I am having the same problem and have been for over a week. I did a fresh install of 7.01 and reconfigured from scratch (no restore). I will post back if I get any results after working with support.

Maybe there is a hardware piece that is similar among us having issues.
ASUS P4P800
P4 3GHz
Kingston 4 x 1GB RAM
Western Digital WD10EACS 500GB SATA HDD
Netgear 2 x GA311 GB NIC
Anyone having this issue got similar hardware?
Considering the last 2 parts not new are the mobo and HDD. I will try another HDD next.

As I said...
I already did 6 Untangle 7.0.1 64bit fresh install on 3 different servers, AND in my personal computer with a separate HD I have for tests.
Only ONE restarted and loged in, very slow, then after configuration, restared and it seemed to work, after 1 day it simply crashed and I can't access it in any way.
I have another box, that upgraded from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1, 32bit, and it's working ok.
So this morning I installed a fresh copy of 7.0.1 32bit, it reboot twice, very slow at the end of the loading splash screen, but it worked and I don't have time now, so tonight I'm changing it for the 64bit one that crashed.
I'll report back, but it's obvious to me that it's a bug at 64bit.
Maybe video drivers for 64bit have compatibility problems with intel chipsets?
I have had several issues with intel video drivers for linux systems lately
Is 64bit officially supported? As far as I knew it is still beta. 7.1 is supposed to have an official 64bit release.

No clue about that, just explaining my problem.
And you should check:
http://forums.untangle.com/installat...01-64-bit.html
To clarify that.
And sourceforge does not specify "beta" or anything like that at download section.
Until I see a download off the main untangle website... I'm calling it beta. Sourceforge isn't my point of contact for Untangle ISO images.

Ok I am not buying it.
I installed 7.0.1 clean on a new box (i7 quad, 4GB ram) used same new NIC cards and 1 new cable to the FW, the cable to the inside remained the same.
I got as far as installing, setting the options in the first run steps where I set the external to static with: IP from the firewall range, gateway of the firewall IP, and external ISP DNS addresses. Then internal is bridged. Finish the first run steps and that is all I got to configure.
I immediately see symptoms of issues... on first load of GUI gives service not available. Close browser reload GUI, I get no apps to install.
Unless 7.0.1 does not like my network configuration there has to be an issue with 7.0.1!

What can I do?
I am facing a rollback to v6.
Try this and let me know how it works:
Code:curl http://www.untangle.com/download/patches/7.0/patch-restart.sh | dash
