    Default 7.2 Upgrade

I noticed this morning I finally qualified for the upgrade, it took 20min on my dual core station but everything appears to be happy. Onward and upward!

Good to hear. I wonder why your box just saw 7.2? Stable was changed to 7.2 on 4/2

I figured UT was just holding back because they knew it was Sky-knight!

That's the upgrade I'm having to deal with now... the monster 6 interface install is still on 6.2, 6.2 -> 7.2 with 5 racks... custom settings everywhere, and the interfaces aren't in order. That box is giving me the jibblies.

This box is completely normal at the moment, and all happy. I just tossed in the captive portal rack element just because.

And yeah I must have been at the end of the list. Doesn't matter to me, Untangle won't see any one of my boxes upgrade until I push the button. At least the ones I directly manage. So until I finish my own Q/A... I have old versions out.

And it's entirely possible the upgrade was available sooner, I haven't exactly been checking it daily. I know I couldn't upgrade on friday though.

I've done 5x upgrades from 7.1 to 7.2 over the past week...went well. On this upgrade, I noticed the downloads can take a while, the internet is dropped only very briefly..like..not even 1 minute, and after another minute or so the web admin becomes avail.

Yeah my internet didn't even blink. I run a TS3 server behind this unit with an average of 15 people on it... not one of them noticed.

It's been a week, not so much as a hickup. This unit has two virtual racks, and everything else in between.

Q/A complete, I can't break it. 7.2 goes live for all of my clients as soon as I can get proper backups in place to fire the upgrade.
