Default Slow loading websites (incl video)

Running 2 boxes on seperate locations but on both we have since a 1.5week the same problem.

When you want to visit a site you can wait mostely like >10sec before the site is loaded when the site is loaded you can browse the site as normal no slow loading anymore. Go to another url wait >10sec when site is loaded you can visit and browse that site normal.

Did make a small video here you can see the loading speed of a site and when you are on it everything goes fast. video link

Note video was made when I was alone at work so no other users on that box! location internet connection is 80Mb fiber ~ around 7-8 mb/s download speed. We didn't update or change any settings on the boxes!

    Any thoughts?

Test without untangle to discard some ISP issue.
Create a bypass rule for the test pc, then the traffic dont pass across the UVM
    Change the browser
    Verify your dns settings
    Test from untangle inside

And all this is only the begin

Run the connectivity test to verify your DNS settings.
No need to run both web filter and esoft web filter, btw.

    - Test without untangle to discard some ISP issue. No problems with loading speeds. Note we have on both locations different internet providers. (incl fail over)

    - Create a bypass rule for the test pc, then the traffic dont pass across the UVM Slow loading websites

    - Change the browser Used to test IE8 - Firefox - Chrome on W7 and XP on both on cable and wireless. Also tested on a Mac on Safari and Firefox also on Ipad. Even tested on Android still slow loading websites.

    - Verify your dns settings All settings are correct on both locations. checked also at provider websites.

    - Test from untangle inside No problem at all, loading site no delays etc.

We do run (almost 2year) the web filter next to Esoft only for blocking proxy sites.

    So what next?

Even bypassed it is slow? Are you sure you bypass rule is matching? Can you post a screenshot of it?

From the untangle console itself you get slow or fast loading websites?

Don't know if the bypass rule is correct but no difference when it's turned on to the test client. Sites still loading >10sec.

From the untangle console there is no loading delays. Type the url (hit go) or enter and bam site loaded with no delay.

removed destined local. (The traffic you want to bypass is not destined to the Untangle server's IP)

Did removed the destined local in the bypass rule, result still slow loading the sites.

I did also tested to be sure I did turned off all the other racks and apps that are in that racks running. Did only let the default rack on live and also did turned off all the apps in the default rack and the services, result still slow loading websites when site is loaded normal browsing speeds.

What I find most disturbing the problem is on 2 seperated locations with the same problem, we didn't change nothing on the settings off the ut boxes. Is this problem not caused by an update eg of eSoft, kaspersky, web filter? I really don't know what to do next.
