Restore Success - Kudos
I have done this previously with a few installs with success but never posted. Felt the Untangle team could use a Kudos
I built a new Untangle machine today with 9.2 and all of free apps. All of the hardware including on the new machine is completely different from the original machine. Restored from a backup of a 9.2 machine with all of the same apps. After the restore completed all I had to was refresh and "configure" interfaces. The entire Untangle restore process probably took about 20 or so min. The only roadblock I ran into was unrelated to Untangle was the ATT U-Verse router holding onto the old MAC which caused the DMZ-Plus not to work properly ( go figure).
KUDOS TO THE UNTANGLE TEAM FOR SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!
