Like a lot of other people, I recently complained about the spam issue and spam blocker. Support finally got back with me and said I should lower the score to 2.9. I explained that when looking at the logs, it would flag a quarantine a lot of emails falsely and I didn't want to do that. Next thing I know, our spam has dramatically decreased, yet all of our customers still have spam issues. Today, I checked on our own firewall which support had turned down to 2.9 without telling me as I would have never agreed to do that. So I check the quarantine and sure enough, there are important emails I've missed over the last week. FWIW, this was ticket #29639.
