Default Error 500: JSONRpcClientException after the sql error

Hello. For a little while ago I had this SQL error that fixed itself by turning off the untangle box and turn it on again. https://forums.untangle.com/feedback...on-12-0-a.html

Now I get a connection error 500 at login(after discovering that I have no internet access) name: JSONRpcClientException

This now happens 1-2 times a day.

The system runs on a fairly new Corsair 60GB ssd. When this happens, it's the only time I can kinda see a 2% cpu(Intel I3 3.5GHz) use from the normal 0.1-0.8% normal use. Memory use of the 8GB is under 25% at all times.

So I may try a clean install and apply the backup config file.
But will it help or is it a hardware error? Faulty ssd....?

    (Untangle version 12.0)

Sure. I do now where to enable support in Untangle. But I'm not sure what needs to be open for it to work. I kinda disabled and blocked all remote ports like SSH and stuff to untangle in filter rules. If anything needs to be enabled I will do so. Just tell me what needs to be enabled

Oh and the login kinda fails when I get this error as it keeps getting connection error. I have not tried directly on the box. Just logged in from my pc. So if I do enable access for support. I guess I should do it before it goes down again?

In Config > System > Support
check "Allow secure access to your server for support purposes"

Don't mess with your filter rules or make other configuration changes.

I have messed the filter rules too much before this happened. But if you say I need not to allow anything but the support access. Then it's okey. I have enabled it. Now I guess I need to wait until it crashes again. Dumb question. How do I contact support for this?
I can always get internet access from my phone after that.

Just open a ticket with the support tab on the right side of the screen, or email support@untangle.com
Specify your UID in the ticket.

No need to wait until it happens again. My guess is that we'll be able to figure it out.

Well, maybe I spoke too soon.
Either your internet connection or you server is really really REALLY slow. Are you online?

If I can manage to connect, I have to wait about 2 minutes before my typing is echod to my terminal.
There is no hope I'll be able to login to the administration UI.
Are you on dialup? Is something obviously wrong?

Well, I'm not sure. I would click "show details" and take a screenshot next time you see the error.

My guess is that you are just losing connection to the server. Is this in a VM?
Somethings either really wrong with it or your connection is very very bad.

You really really really need to stop rebooting.
    http://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/A_Reboot_Fixed_It
I wouldn't at all be suprised if you have DB issues. The thing is being rebooted often by just pulling the plug.

You also have something really weird with your network. The interfaces are constantly going up and down.
eth5 is coming and going a lot.
