Bit annoyed now.
Added credit card details, and it instantly took the outstanding payment.
Changed back to paypal, and it has just kept the old billing agreement, so it will fail again next month.
If it's not sorted by next month, then I'll just change to Sophos.
Well my subscription has expired. I cannot create a new paypal agreement because the cancelled one is STILL on my account.
How the hell do I get the Paypal agreement removed so that I can set up a new one, given that a ticket didn't resolve it, my email to sales was ignored, and I have sent another email to sales today which so far has had no response?!?!

That ticket is about some OVA update issue. It looks like you reinstalled so the case was closed.
I would open a new ticket about the paypal issue specifically and we'll get it sorted.

You might want to include some details of the issue you are having. It will save a round-trip of them having to ask for them.
I have no idea what "Please delete my Paypal agreement" means. They might, but I don't.
(Are you are trying to cancel? there is no need if your subscription has expired.)

Ok.. I had a Paypal agreement, and I cancelled it as I was going to change to another product when I was having all the OVA issues. That all got sorted, but then I was unable to reinstate the paypal agreement.
Hopefully you can help sort it, thanks David :-)
TLDR : I need to be able to set up a new Paypal billing agreement.
