Widget Forum or Marketplace

I would love if there could be a Widget forum part or market place where one could download templates that other users has created.

(Spiceworks has this for there helpdesk system and it works very well)

I am awaiting untangle apk for android, to monitor and manage from my cell phone

The apk isn't necessary. Config -> Administration -> Skins -> Either of the Simple Skins.

The real answer isn't an app, the real answer is a working skin for the web ui that works for mobile, and those simple skins work pretty well.
