    Default No one is replying from support and sales

    Dear Untangle Team,

    I purchased the license for 250 users and now i want to buy more. However 3-4 days have passed and none from your team has replied to my query sent via mail to support and sales. I hope after reading this some one from your team will take action and try to make your support much better.

    Did you get a ticketnumber?

    And what was the question? (A forum meber/reseller might be able to answer)

    It's a 3 day holiday weekend for us in the USA. The sales staff will be back in on Tuesday. Sept. 6

    Currently they only offers support state side.
    You can look for a local Reseller that might be able to help you.
    Else you just need to wait abit longer.

    Untangle.com, click my account at the top right, log in.

    On the subscriptions tab, then select your subscription. See that upgrades / changes button? Click it... Follow the prompts.

    Why are you even bothering sales on a holiday weekend? The web site does it. It's a new toy, so not many people remember it's there!
