    Default I can't PM any UT employee to get a "priority queue" on the Beta

    I can't PM any UT employee to get a "priority queue on the Beta. I hit submit and it looks as if it is sent, but nothing shows up in my sent box. If I send a test PM to myself it works. Can a UT employee please check the backend to my forums account and enable PMs for me?

    Update: Just thought....sending a UID of my server on 12.1.2 , I can't update TO a Beta unless I re-image??????

    There is no priority queue for the beta. Only priority queue for released versions. 12.2.0 has not been released yet. We don't recommend betas for production. If you want the beta to try or test, it's available for download in the thread https://forums.untangle.com/announce...available.html
