Conditions are sql conditions, they don't support ranges and cidr like that.

Oh that too bad it will be nice to have it in Report

Could you take a look at my (WAN HTTPS access condition) in Network/Advance/filter rules
    Filter rules.JPG
Last time i try it, i can't connect without enable Allow HTTPS on WAS (condition 2)
May be the condition Source address = 142.169.0.0/16 is unappropriated

    Thanks

There is no need for the Source Interface if Source IP is used. /16 IP range seems too large of a set of IPs will access to the Untangle. Are you sure your PC outside has an IP in that range?

This is the IP range of my Telus phone

I get access from the 3G of my phone and it not fix IP
But i don't want my Untangle HTTPS access wide open
Than restriction on the IP range from Telus was my only solution

Does Telus 3G network support VPN? ...A VPN tunnel would be a much more secure way to connect.

    Just don't know

Gest I will need to try it, but have no experience or knowledge of VPN

The easy way was limited as possible access to HTTPS Untangle and one way was limit access to 3G from Telus
I know it not perfect but way better that wide open.

    Thank for help and suggestion

I'm pretty sure CIDR ranges would work in reports if Untangle would build in support for them. Postures fully supports comparison operators for network address data types.
