    Default Well, I'm certified...

I have a shiny certificate that says I know Untangle!

I already contacted sales with an... shall we say error in one of the videos that's been fixed. There are a few videos that have strange dead air in them, but I didn't see anything obviously out of place. Audio quality was rather random, and volume levels as well. But I'm getting very nit picky at this point.

On the test, there are two questions that deal with the bread crumb path to get somewhere, for some reason that reality didn't sink in for me right away. And three's one question with text box for an answer field that seems like it should be true / false. And a few questions feel like they should at least name the module they're talking about.

But all in all, it's a decent primer. It needs some minor polish but it's a great first attempt. Good work!

I'm in 2nd place on the score board out of 4 people. I expect to see that score beat people! Let's go!

That's not a bad idea, and though I know it's a complete rehash any veterans that dive in there should watch those videos. As I said I already found a pretty hilarious error that needed fixing. The more eyes we get on those videos the better off we are on ensuring they're done correctly.

Also the test... two hours? For a 40 question test? It took me less than 10min and I wandered off to answer an email in the middle! But you do have to watch the videos or at least have a browser open pointed at said video for 80% of the runtime to get to the next one. So you can't really skip them.

Which does sort of make me wonder why the test isn't available from the start. But I'm not sure how the retake mechanics work either. I'm certainly curious to see what others think about this process.

I so should have saved the .mp4 of that video... I'm going to be laughing about that for a good long while. And yeah, it's fixed now so no joy for everyone else. You're all going to have to find your own fun in there!
