    Question frozen

I had an odd, but disturbing occurrence with my u25xw appliance this evening. v15.0 w/ dated update.

All Internet traffic in the household halted. Sessions (and all System time-graph type reports - including memory usage???) went to 0 for about ten minutes between 9:31 and 9:45 pm 3/7/2020.

The ISP modem appeared to be OK according to the blinky lights. I had no access to the NGFW mgmt website from internal OR the console!

I was able to SSH in and get a snapshot of TOP.

Things returned back to 'normal' with no further interaction.

Things that make you go 'HUH'.

My charts are showing the same from last night. But from 3-3:59am. I thought it could’ve been from the time change but the time change was at 2am.

I have that gap in all reports as well, 3am to 3:59, but I can't say NGFW or the network was frozen at that time.
If you think I got Grumpy

I'm not seeing any such gaps in my install.

Holes in the early hours of the morning can be reports processing, probably just some garbage cleanup that ate the reporting engine for a time. But I've never known reports to run at 8pm

I know but California does and that’s where untangle is at. Clocks move at 2 a.m. which would be 4 a.m. my time. so 3-4 a.m. for me would’ve been right after California’s time change. I’m just speculating may not even be the issue.

Sky is in Az. I don't understand "Clocks move at 2 a.m. which would be 4 a.m. my time". Seems it should be 2am to 3am. I am in mountain time zone by the way.

Just some "Y2K" type bug I guess. Seems about as painless. Unless f1assistance can find a conspiracy.

I hadn't considered the time change! All you weirdos out there mucking up your clocks twice a year...
