Here is a copy/paste error that is a possible source of confusion:

    Default Wiki update

This one is not a simple edit.
    The text:
FTP has multiple connections. If you setup a port forward for the control session (port 21) then you must also setup a port forward for the transfer sessions. You can do this in multiple ways.

Configure your server to use a range of ports for a transfer (10000-20000) and configure Untangle to forward all of these ports to the FTP server.
    from here https://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/...s_fail._Why.3F
    is obsolete.

It needs the concept from here: https://forums.untangle.com/firewall...tml#post205785
    and here: https://forums.untangle.com/networki...tml#post194913

Then a suggestion to add bypass rule(s) for the destination IP address.
And some text about forwarding additional ports for the data connections in FTPS, as there is no helper.

    Thanks.

Jim you found another one in another thread: https://forums.untangle.com/networki...iguration.html

    Just didn't know it...

    On https://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/...ing_blocked.3F

    Eicar Test link targeting: http://www.eicar.org/download/eicar.com

    Needs to instead target: http://2016.eicar.org/download/eicar.com

None of our engines flag the older signature anymore, it was changed due to some mess back in 2016...

    Here is another https://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/...guration#VLANs

This link needs a colon [:] at least. Wikipedia is now using HTTP over TLS, so give me an 's'.

    Lightbulb More documentation: Rules

This paragraph would be very helpful in https://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/Rules:

...you can create such rules now using the * character. For example "*Mozilla/4.0*. Here is the supported syntax of the Glob Matcher https://wiki.untangle.com/index.php/Glob_Matcher
For the concept of "Contains or Does Not Contain"

My experience is the kernel FTP helper is hit or miss, it is best to have a explicit passive ports rule.
