    Default Installed Program Clutter

I was cleaning out my junk programs the other day. Guess what I found? About eight installations of Untangle! When closing out of a session, can we get an option to remove ALL traces of the session from the PC? I don't want to be remote and have this stuff on a strange PC.

    nope

java webstart stores the cache as stupid "installed programs"

annoying, but will be a non-issue after 6.0 when we drop java swing

Default Programs still cannot be un-installed from Program Manager

I'm using 6 but cannot un-install untangle servers from the control panel in xp.

    Any updates to this?

    Thanks!

From what I have seen, this is due to UNTANGLE really doesn't exist (as an installed program), therefore when you attempt to "remove it" it goes through the motions and does nothing.

If you use CCLEANER, tools (other programs apply too) highlight the UNTANGLE and DELETE IT.

That should do it for you, from your add/remove programs under the control panel.
